As many of you know our current Loss Control Manager. Barry Nevius is retiring this year. That means we need to find a new Association Field Safety / Technical Services Manager. While the title is Field Safety / Technical Services Manager, the job is really taking control of the technical assistance programs and activities of the Association and taking those activities wherever the needs of the membership lead us.
The primary responsibilities and default activity will be safety and environmental oriented but there are and will be other issues from time to time and this position requires a person that is flexible enough to adjust to changing regulatory environments over time and between states.
The person we are looking for should like to travel as the Association covers six states and as the primary contact in the field, will need to be able and willing to travel most of the time. This person can either work from home or from our headquarters office in Dawsonville, GA.
