The article linked to above, is a great outline of the things that you may need to be made aware of and things you may be asked if any of your employees have questions about the Deferred Action Executive Order.
It is quite likely that they will be asking for a friend of theirs or possibly a relative. It is not mentioned in the article but if an employee asks questions about this on their own behalf, I would be quite careful about continuing to employ them until such time they have gone through the process and obtained a work authorization under the new program. Knowingly employing or continuing to employ an illegal alien is a crime.
