The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) amended the food facility registration requirements to include gins and cottonseed storage facilities, which must renew their registrations with FDA every other year during that October 1-December 31 time period.

The registration requirements apply to domestic and foreign food facilities that manufacture, process, pack or hold food for human or animal consumption in the United States. More information is at http://bit.ly/2cwVbZu.
